Can I request a different design?
If you have another idea for a pair of custom painted Air Force Ones, you can click here and fill out the form with details about your design. If you come across any problems, contact us through our contact page.
After we receive your request, we will get back to you with a price suggestion. If that price is good for you, you can place your order.
What colors do you use?
Our shoes get painted with high quality long lasting leather paint from Angelus®.
Will the colors last on the leather?
The used colors are designed to last on leather and are resistent to water and small scratches. The colors last long if you wear your shoes with care.
Will the colors last on the midsole?
We try our best to make the colors last as long as possible, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the color will stay on the midsole. The colors are not designed to stay on rubber, so it will presumably wear off after a time.
Since we still think that the painted "AIR" is a nice detail, we let you decide if you want to include it or not. Your decision does not have any effects on the price of the shoes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address. If you live in a country of the European Union, shipping is free. Shipping costs for countries outside of the EU are 25€ per order.
How long will my order take?
Since every shoe is custom hand painted, the time of your order depends a lot on the demand and on the shipping time. Normally orders are fulfilled after a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I track my parcel when it gets shipped?
We include parcel tracking to every order so you know at any moment where your parcel's located and the estimated day of arrival. You receive the link to the tracking page as soon as we send out your order.
Can I request a refund?
A refund is only possible as long as we didn't start with the customization of the shoes (normally 1-5 days after you placed your order). You will receive an email as soon as we start with the customization process, after which a refund is not possible anymore.
Can I send back my shoes?
If you're not happy with the outcome of your custom shoes, we're very sorry. However we can't take any refunds on our products, because every article is personalized and can't be resold.
